  3. aaahhhhaaaahhhh says:

or you can do your grocery shopping in MEXICO (if you live near the countrys barriers) its way cheaper down there, we go down there every friday.

just from personal experience, i thought i was going to spend more money when going raw organic and natural fed/raised meat. truth is, i stay full longer, absorb more nutrients in less calories, and most important, not only am i healthier, i FEEL healthier. so i spend just as much or LESS money now. that’s just me but try it yourself. save your food receipts and compare normal vs healthy spending month to month (restaurants were my normal diet since i dont know any heathfood dining spot).

How sad is it when people are willing to put money (an inanimate worldly possession) before their own health. This is how government is controlling us, by our own will to protect our money. Great video Natalie! Although the owl at the end is slightly disconcerting.

Oh, I don’t know how much healthy food cost in London. Here in America, it’s easier to get fruits because a lot of Amish people sell them at a very affordable price. I thought that you lived im America.

  7. sweetypie000 says:

i live and work in london. i’m not the only one who struggles financially to eat healthily.

  8. TheWorkoutBabe says:

You made it seem like you are broke and can’t afford healthy food. So I made a suggestion that you should save up some money. What’s the problem with saving money?

Also, I am not referring to this girl, I am referring to you. There is nothing wrong with saving up a little money.

  9. misssmartlooking says:

    keep it up

  10. sweetypie000 says:

eating requires having to save money?
eating is a requirment and an entitlement to eat cheaply and healthily.
    get real.

I know this girl has good intentions. she’s probably a christian just tryin to help people but shes not living in the real world i’m afraid
She is also not able to provide instant solutions - she’s talking about coupons and accuring credit over time. The reason people use coupons is because the food is so expensive ! She best spend her time telling the supermarkets

  11. TheWorkoutBabe says:

    Me too^_^

  12. TheWorkoutBabe says:

Why don’t you start saving money?

  13. SwishClavin says:

    I Absolutely Love Your’e Videos. =)

  14. sweetypie000 says:

she is prob a nice girl and has good intentions but seriously she’s living in a dream world.
For example, I went to Sainsburys today, 8 basic satsumas how much ? £2.56 or if you like 32p EACH, 1 SATSUMA - is that resonable? i don’t think so. i can afford it but i begrudginly don’t like to pay rip off prices
The UK always telling people to eat healthly but fruit and veg a premium. 2.272 litres of semi-skimmed milk - £1.56 they pay the farmer about 2.3p a litre. You do the math.

come on, wheatgrass? barleygreen? sprouts? a 4×4 ft closet can have 96 sq ft of grow space. with low cost flouros this can easily be 10-20 a month in electric. think. dork, lol. natalie needs to get to the root of the problem of people not eating properly, not micro-educating people just to hear herself talk. that was my point.

  16. MicheleBohbot says:

    Farmers markets are wonderful!

  17. fatgirlslim2008 says:

  18. ChandalynW says:

Also, our coffee tastes great and is good for you. We have free samples for you. Please let me know if you would like to have some shipped to you. Thanks again.

  19. sweetypie000 says:

    ‘low light plants’ ?
might be ok for growing weed but not for all year crops. you need space. living in a city people generally don;t have the free space. they are then at the mercy of rip-off supermarkets. u need to rethink, dork.

  20. aaahhhhaaaahhhh says:

coffee doesnt work for me anymore!!!!! it depresses me coffee doesnt work me and my dog use to stay up all night and id play with him but thast no longer the case

  21. marcjtdc says:

if you knew more, you would know you can grow anywhere. there are low light plants. but whatever, natalie is annoying. the problem isn’t how much people know, it’s that they don’t give a damn about their health. so natalie! focus more on the root of the problem instead of micro-educating people about food. dork.

  22. sweetypie000 says:

yeah thanks Natalie for an insight as to how fukin short sighted u are

  23. sweetypie000 says:

yeah cos EVERYONE has a garden right?
    lol

  24. sweetypie000 says:

    Farmers Markets?
Are you fricking serious? Try a farmers market where i live in london you’d need to take out a mortgage love
    lol

  25. sweetypie000 says:
